If you have previously purchased Video On Demand products from our Puppy Culture UK site, unfortunately that store has now closed.
However, any purchases you made from that site will still be accessible from our main Puppy Culture site.
To access your library:
1. Visit www.puppyculture.com and click the “user” icon at the top of the page.
2. When the Sign In option appears, click below on Create account. Alternatively click this link.
3. Create a new account using the same email address used to make your original purchase.
Note: If you are unsure of the email address you originally used, try searching your email inboxes for any correspondence from "Puppy Culture" to find the correct email address.
4. With all details added, click 'Create' then check your email for an account confirmation message.
5. With your account confirmed, follow the above process from step 1 again, but on step 2 click on Sign In instead of Create account, and use the details you used to create the account.
6. Navigate back to your account page and then to your Course or Film library.
If your video content is still missing, please contact customer support and provide us with the following information:
- Your name
- Your email address
- A list of purchased films or courses
