If you checked out using PayPal, sometimes the email used for your PayPal account is automatically applied to your purchase - so you can just make your Puppy Culture account with your PayPal email and you shouldn't have any issue accessing your videos.

If you did not use PayPal but do not remember what email you used, search in your email folders for your order confirmation email, and see what email addressed these emails were sent to - this will be the account associated with your purchase and the email you should use to make your Puppy Culture account.

If you still are unsure which email you used, please contact us directly and we can help correct incorrectly typed emails, or change email addresses if needed (if you used an email you can no longer access.) Just contact us with your name and order number, if you have it.
