I get a 'wrong email/password error' when I try to log in!

First, please confirm you have made a Puppy Culture account - just purchasing does not mean you have a Puppy Culture account. If you have not made an account, please make one, then log in. 


*When making a Puppy Culture account, please use the same email address associated with your purchase. This is especially important if you bought Video on Demand titles, as this is how you access your streaming purchase.



If you know you have a made a Puppy Culture account, please try resetting your email and see if that resolves the issue.


If this does not resolve the issue, please contact us and we can look at your account and help you log in.
