Your Puppy Culture User Email Address

If you have never signed into Puppy Culture before, you will need to create an account here.

If you have signed in before, or have made purchases with Puppy Culture, you MUST log in with the email address that was used for those purchases, as they will be associated to that email address.

Follow these steps to log in:

1. Click the “user” icon at the top of the page.

2. Enter the email address you have used from previous orders or sessions. Enter your password and click Sign In.

If you have forgotten your password, then click Forgot your password?.

3. My Account page will open, with links to your Films, Courses, previous orders and account details.

4. Once you are logged into your account, you can navigate straight to your purchased Puppy Culture Films by clicking “My Film Library”.

5. Or, if you have Madcap University Courses, these can also be accessed by clicking on "My Course Library".

Note - Please use the same email address if you have ordered previously, especially if you have purchased VOD/Streaming for yourself, as this is how you will be able to view your streaming purchase.
