Your Puppy Culture User Email Address
Follow these steps to log in:
1. Click the “user” icon at the top of the page.
2. When prompted enter your email address, then the One Time Passcode that will be sent to confirm your address.
3. My Account page will open, with links to your Films, Courses, previous orders and account details.
Log into your Film or Course library
4. Once you are logged into your account, you can navigate straight to your purchased Puppy Culture Films by clicking “My Films and Courses”.
5. This will take you to your Video Library, hosted by Madcap University.
Note - Please use the same email address if you have ordered previously, especially if you have purchased VOD/Streaming for yourself, as this is how you will be able to view your streaming purchase.
