Note - If you have ordered Video On Demand items, these are instantly available in your Puppy Culture account Film Library.

For customers outside of the USA, you can track your parcel by following these steps.

1. First you will receive an email from Puppy Culture confirming your order.

At this stage, please wait for the follow-up email confirming your item(s) have shipped.

2. Once your item has shipped, you will receive a second email from Puppy Culture. This time it will include a link for your tracking number from EPGtrack.

Click on the link (prefixed with FPG).

3. The EPGtrack.com site will open with your tracking number pre-filled and your shipment status detailed.

4. This number will allow you to track your shipment from the US to it’s destination country.

5. Once the shipment has reached its destination country, the EPGtrack.com site will update with a new “Final Mile Carrier Tracking Number”. This number is only accessible through EPGtrack.com.

6. This new tracking number tracks parcels through local courier services to final delivery.

If there is an issue with delivery, customers should contact the courier through EPGtrack.com
