Download and Install our App

1. First you will need to search for and then download our Madcap University app, available from Apple’s App Store or Google’s Play Store.

2. Once downloaded, open the App and login with your Puppy Culture or Madcap University account details.

If you are having problems installing and signing into the app, click here.

Note - You must sign into your account using the same email address you used to purchase your Madcap University Course or Puppy Culture Video On Demand Films. If your purchased item is missing, please log out and sign in again with the email address used for your purchase.

Downloading a video using the App

To download a video, first make sure you are “Online” and open the Madcap University App. Follow these instructions:

3. With the App open, navigate to the Course or Film you would like to download. Click on the cover image or course title to open the course details.

4. On the main screen for that product, click on the download icon.

5. All of the episodes are listed, each with an individual download icon on the right hand side.

6. You can download all episodes for that video by clicking the button at the bottom of the screen.

Please note the file size for each video and be sure you have the space available on your device.

7. Alternatively you can just download individual episodes by clicking on the download icon to the right of each episode.

8. Downloaded videos will then be available from the My Courses screen under the Downloaded Courses section. To watch, press the ‘play’ icon. To remove press the ‘trash’ icon

Downloading on a Laptop and Desktop

Episode downloads are not available on Laptop or Desktop computers

Episodes downloads are exclusively on smartphone and tablet devices, for viewing offline where internet access may be limited.
