Here's some options if you cannot get equipment from MAD Agility.
You can buy similar training equipment from Max 200. They have a "Puppy Package" with a plank, perch, and wobble board that is a good option.
You can also get training platforms from Blue 9 or Cato. You can get fitness equipment from Fitpaws.
