First, be sure you are logged into the account that you used to purchase your videos.

If you see that you cannot see the category "My Library", see locks on the videos, or videos will not play, then you have one of two problems.

First is that, when our system updated, some or all of your VOD purchase did not get added. This is quick to resolve but you will need to contact us directly to do so.

Second is that you are have multiple accounts, and you have logged into an account without your purchases. If this is the case, check your email and see what email you used to purchase - this is the email you will use to log in.

If everything is working correctly, you should be able to see the category "My Library" and your purchased videos will be playable.
