This can sometimes happen with third-party internet browsers on iPhones/iPads, the solution is to use Safari instead.


Apple is very restrictive around the functionality they allow "apps" on their OS to have access to - and this is particularly true for "third-party" web browsers such as Google Chrome or Firefox.

As a result, any browser other than Safari used on iOS could present issues - particularly with regards to session storage and "privacy" settings.

You will have to delete any device tokens you assigned to your phone or pad while using another browser - here's an article on how to do this.
