Here are some common issues and how to resolve them.
Puppy Culture Account Issues. First, make sure you have a Puppy Culture account. You can make one HERE.
Please note - you MUST use the same email address you used to purchase your VOD, otherwise you will not see your purchases in your Video Library.
If you already have a Puppy Culture account but do not see the videos after your purchase, double check that you are using the same email that you used to make your VOD purchase. If it's not, please make a new account with this email address and log in via that account.
If think you've made a typo in your email when you purchased, please reach out to us via Livechat or Email.
Confirm you purchased VOD, not DVDs.
You cannot access VOD if you purchase the DVDs. If you received DVDs in your order or purchased from Amazon, you did not purchase VOD and need to contact us if you would like to return your DVDs for VOD access.
Confirm you are scrolling down far enough in your Video Library.
You should see some free videos, these may be before your purchases. Scroll all the way down to confirm that you have seen all the videos in your library.
