Sometimes the rural area zip codes from NZ are not in the data base. So this is what to do:

In your cart, use the note section for your order write your full and correct address:


Next in Check Out, use a zip code that is close to you that works.

Our shipping department will make the necessary changes based on what you wrote in the notes section before sending out your package.
