Once you are signed in, click on the “My Video Library” on the top menu bar in the center of our website. Your videos will be waiting for you!
- If you cannot remember your password or you are getting a password error message, click the reset password button. This will prompt an email to be sent to you where you can create a new password.
- If you are receiving an error message when trying to watch your videos, you can try clearing your browser’s cache. This can often act as a reset for your webpages.
