- Check your Inbox and Spam folders for the confirmation email we sent when you purchased. You will need to activate your device with an access token before you can start viewing (find "My Access Tokens" on your account page). Once you are signed in, click on the “My Puppy Culture” on the top menu bar of our website. Your videos will be waiting for you under "My video Library".
- If you cannot remember your password or you are getting a password error message, click the reset password button. This will prompt an email to be sent to you where you can create a new password.
- If you are receiving an error message when trying to watch your videos, you can try clearing your browser’s cache. This can often act as a reset for your webpages (instructions for browsers: Chrome | Firefox | Safari | Internet Explorer | Edge)
